The University of Basra organized a scientific seminar titled "Time Management and Creativity."

The College of Education for Women organized this seminar in cooperation with the Career Development and Follow-up Unit, the Student Activities Unit, and the Guidance Unit.

Dr. Fadia Yaqoub Yousef addressed the topic of time management, explaining how to use it effectively to achieve goals through planning and prioritization. She also presented techniques for increasing productivity, such as task division and eliminating distractions.

Lecturer Zainab Abbas Rashk discussed time management and its importance in daily life, while Dr. Sarah Abdul-Razzaq Al-Asadi presented on the importance of time and how to utilize it correctly to accomplish tasks.

The seminar aimed to help students reduce stress, improve their work-life balance, and make the most of their available time.

The seminar included research papers and the distribution of a questionnaire to students on organization, planning, and prioritization. Among the key recommendations were:

Write down your plans and goals, and prioritize them based on their importance and expected outcomes.

Break down large tasks into smaller, more achievable ones to reduce feelings of burnout.
