Dean of the College of Education for Women Conducts Follow-Up Meetings to Enhance Institutional Performance

As part of the continuous efforts to improve institutional performance and ensure the efficient functioning of the College, the Dean of the College of Education for Women, Prof. Dr. Amal Mohammed Abdul Kareem, conducted a series of follow-up and coordination meetings with the Assistant Deans for Scientific and Administrative Affairs, as well as the Heads of the Academic Departments.

The meetings focused on reviewing and monitoring various administrative and organizational matters, addressing challenges faced by academic and administrative staff, and discussing mechanisms to further develop the educational environment in a way that best serves the interests of the College’s students.

During the meetings, the Dean emphasized the importance of teamwork, accuracy, and flexibility in carrying out administrative tasks in accordance with the applicable regulations and official guidelines, reaffirming the College’s commitment to achieving excellence in both academic and administrative performance.
